This is the first solo release by Max Altmark of Lifted Mindz.

"This project is a landmark for my philosophical, spiritual, and musical evolution. This is the first project I have mixed completely by myself. It is also a foray into many musical genres and collaborations that were brand new to me. The bacon is sizzling and nothings really by the books, I hope you can dig it.
The writing on the album stretches from my earliest works to my newest ideas and I did my best to encapsulate all of this into song.
This is a MIXTAPE and all music is credited to it's original creators. They are amazing musicians and people and retain all ownership. These songs are yours for FREE.

Definition of SYMPATHETIC VIBRATION
: a vibration produced in one body by the vibrations of exactly the same period in a neighboring body

I named the mixtape this because I believe I am a product and producer of these vibrations that have led us to this point. You to reading this, and the music going to where it needs to go. Our resonance activates the spirits of others and our impact never fades.

I'd like to thank the Lifted Mindz Family, everyone who plays a major part in what we do on a daily basis. I believe that we can and do truly make good in this world. I believe you can truly make good in this world. I'd also like to thank everyone I've encountered on my journey for better or worse. Thank you for helping me learn, thank you for helping me grow and forgiving my mistakes. I hope to do the same for you.
